Combine this with beautifully nuanced vermouth like Cocchi Americano and rich simple syrup, this modern classic is finished with a singular Cerignola olive, which lends crisp and buttery notes to this form of simple elegance.
As for the snacks, look no further than the absolutely satisfying Parmesan Truffle Fries – served as a sack of potatoes that have been freshly dug up with a generous helping of truffle mayo and truffle "soil".
