At VEA, we offer the best in a quality dining experience, where all ingredients for each menu are freshly prepared. Because of this, a booking confirmation is required with an authorised credit card. The booking confirmation does not incur any charges to your card and the final amount will only be charged upon payment at the end of your meal.
To ensure quality of service and in consideration of other guests, please be on time and allow about 3 hours for your dining experience. The seating options we offer vary from mostly counter seats to limited traditional table dining. Should you have any preference in the seating arrangements, please state as you book and we will try our best to accommodate.
We will be serving you an 8-Course Tasting Menu at HK$1,680 (+10% service charge) per person, with cocktail and wine pairing options available for purchase at an additional cost.

4-Hands Restaurant Collaboration : VEA x PASTE
VEA, fresh off the vote ranked #34 on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants welcomes Chef Bongkoch "Bee" Satongun from Michelin-starred PASTE on 25 & 26 April for an exclusive Four Hands Dinner. With both chefs sharing an interest in discovering unique indigenous produce in local markets and rural areas as well as a love of creativity in the kitchen whilst achieving harmony with their heritage and origin, this dinner at VEA Restaurant will be a gastronomic treat with an artisan twist.
Dinner is priced at HK$2,180. Bookings will be opened from 27 March 2019 midnight onwards.
