At VEA, we offer the best in a quality dining experience, where all ingredients for each menu are freshly prepared. Because of this, a booking confirmation is required with an authorised credit card. The booking confirmation does not incur any charges to your card and the final amount will only be charged upon payment at the end of your meal.
To ensure quality of service and in consideration of other guests, please be on time and allow about 3 hours for your dining experience. The seating options we offer vary from mostly counter seats to limited traditional table dining. Should you have any preference in the seating arrangements, please state as you book and we will try our best to accommodate.
We will be serving you an 8-Course Tasting Menu at HK$1,680 (+10% service charge) per person, with cocktail and wine pairing options available for purchase at an additional cost.

VEA x JL Studio: 4-Hands 22-Courses Collaboration
Coming soon on 12-13 June, Executive Chef & Co-owner Vicky Cheng of VEA Restaurant teams up with the highly-touted rising star Chef Jimmy Lim from JL Studio, Taichung for a special four-hands collaboration, a culinary odyssey that embraces Singaporean, Taiwanese, Chinese and French Influences.
The pop-up promises to be one of the most anticipated dining experiences of the year. Both chefs are debutants at Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants this year – VEA ranked #34 and JL Studio named ‘Miele One to Watch’. The duo will bring out their playful side in creating this sensational menu that features 8 small bites + 2 main courses + 1 dessert from each chef, totalling an impressive 22 courses themed around ‘Dai Pai Dong’ with a ‘Chinese x French’ concept; whereas Chef Jimmy will be serving up dishes inspired by ‘Yum Cha’ and ‘Cha Chaan Teng’ with Southeast Asian influences.
Dinner is priced at HK$2,380. Bookings will be opened from 15 May 2019 midnight onwards.
