At VEA, we offer the best in a quality dining experience, where all ingredients for each menu are freshly prepared. Because of this, a booking confirmation is required with an authorised credit card. The booking confirmation does not incur any charges to your card and the final amount will only be charged upon payment at the end of your meal.
To ensure quality of service and in consideration of other guests, please be on time and allow about 3 hours for your dining experience. The seating options we offer vary from mostly counter seats to limited traditional table dining. Should you have any preference in the seating arrangements, please state as you book and we will try our best to accommodate.
We will be serving you an 8-Course Tasting Menu at HK$1,680 (+10% service charge) per person, with cocktail and wine pairing options available for purchase at an additional cost.
On 21st & 22nd February, we present our first 4-hand restaurant collaboration of 2019, featuring Chef Vicky Cheng and Chef Julien Royer of 2-Michelin-starred Odette from Singapore. The chefs will whip up a limited edition Chinese x French 8-Course Dinner Menu at HK$2,880 per person (+10% service charge), with a cocktail / wine pairing option available for purchase at an additional cost.
