Beginning your evening with some seasonal snacks, our 8-course journey include the signature Roasted Sea Cucumber, punctuated by Fish Maw and 27-Head Dried Abalone, another two other signature dishes (available at supplemental charge). Followed by one more savoury course, our menu ends with two main desserts – one sweet and one savoury – and an assortment of Petit Fours.
Guests are offered an option at an additional cost to include either a cocktail or wine pairing. Each cocktail and each wine have been carefully selected to complement each dish individually.
