Beginning your evening with some seasonal snacks, our 8-course journey kicks off with the signature Tuna (with Hokkaido uni, espelette, burnt cucumber jelly). Two more courses of seafood follow, punctuated by another signature dish and your pasta course, the Egg (with truffle, parmesan, caviar). Followed by two more savoury courses, our menu ends with two main desserts – one sweet and one savoury – and an assortment of small desserts.
With each menu, guests are offered an option to include either a wine or cocktail pairing. Each wine and each cocktail have been carefully selected to complement each dish individually.
